Engine

PURE POWER

Immediate and breathtaking acceleration. Performance that delivers even more adrenaline. A 4 litre twin turbo V8 combustion engine with a hot V layout. Powertrain

VALHALLA, ELECTRIFIED

Two electric motors at the front enable torque distribution for improved traction and agility. They provide torque fill between gear shifts to eliminate turbo lag and deliver propulsion in EV mode. Unique and industry leading technologies within our bespoke electric motors increase electric efficiency while boosting speed and torque. These motors also provide the electric reverse function and save weight by removing the need for a reverse gear.

Handling

THE POWER OF BALANCE

New for Aston Martin. The advanced Electric Drive Unit, EDU, consists of two independent electric motors on the front axle. They enable torque distribution with enhanced control precision and actively prevent oversteer and understeer. Power is intuitively directed to either side, allowing later braking, easier turn in, exceptional mid corner grip and improved traction on corner exit.

WORLD CLASS FORM AND FUNCTION

At the heart of Valhalla lies a continuous carbon fiber monocoque, developed in cooperation with Aston Martin Performance Technologies. The lower tub is formed using RTM technology, while the carbon upper structure creates an exceptionally secure passenger cell. This is Valhalla’s lightweight, aerodynamic core. The platform for ultra stable aluminum subframes, Formula 1 inspired suspension and a hybrid all wheel drive system producing 1,079 hp.

Ergonomics

SEATING POSITION

Valhalla’s seating position, with raised heels, is reminiscent of Formula 1®. Just like the graphics displayed on the screen when race mode is activated. The driver remains calm. The joy is great. The footwells are raised to create an aligned seating position between hips and heels. Special and beautifully crafted carbon fiber seats. Accompanied by a wide range of other Formula 1® features and a subtle cockpit design with clear, minimalist and driver focused ergonomics.
