Like the Coupé before it, the Roadster marks the greatest leap in performance and the greatest surge of emotion in the more than 70 year history of Vantage. At its heart lies a comprehensively re engineered, hand built 4.0 litre twin turbo V8. Meticulously designed. Delivering a peak output of 680 hp and an incredible 800 Nm of torque. An elevated driving experience.
Handling
CONNECTION TO THE ROAD
The Vantage Roadster features a non isolated steering column. This creates an immediate, unfiltered connection between the asphalt, tires, suspension and steering wheel. It enables a more direct exchange of information between steering input, vehicle response and the pure feel of the road surface. Without the slightest interference.
Chassis
ROOF DOWN. INTENSITY UP
The assertive aerodynamic design character leaves no doubt about the performance intent of the Vantage S. Centrally positioned bonnet blades support engine cooling. Airflow is guided out of the engine bay and along the vehicle to draw heat away from the engine. At the rear, a full width rear spoiler enhances the car’s dominant road presence. Improved balance is achieved by increasing rear downforce by 44 kg at top speed. Front biased downforce enables sharper turn in and improved cornering grip.
